  • Can I use some services without signing up for full management?

    Yes! We offer Co-Host & Cleaning, Turnover-only, and à la carte concierge services if you’re not ready for full-service management. Request a consultation to get started.


  • Do you offer long-term rental management?

    Absolutely. We manage tenant relations, routine maintenance, inspections, and more; ideal for landlords who want hands-off, reliable support.

  • Will I still have control over my property?

    Yes. You always have full ownership and final say. We’re here to handle the details and streamline your operations.


  • What’s the Co-Host & Clean model?

    With this option, you maintain control of your Airbnb or short-term rental account, while we handle guest communication, cleaning, restocking, and linen service. You get expert help without giving up control.


  • Do I have to use NINE10’s cleaning service?

    Yes. To maintain consistent quality and guest experience, cleaning and linen service are coordinated by NINE10 and paid by your guests as part of the booking process.


  • Is a deep clean required?

    Yes. We require at least one annual deep clean (plus carpet cleaning) to preserve your property and ensure the highest standard for guests.

  • Do I have to get the quarterly trash can clean?

    If you’re on the Effortless or Elevated package, concierge trash can cleaning is included, or available as an add-on for the Essentials package. It's optional for other plans, but highly recommended for cleanliness and curb appeal.


  • What is the Owner Portal?

    The Owner Portal is your personal dashboard to view bookings, financial summaries, and more—all in one place for total transparency and convenience.

  • What property management and rental platforms can you manage?

    We manage most major rental platforms, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and 100+ others.
